Personality Tests, IQ Tests and Entrepreneur Tests Online

As 50% of all IQ scores fall in the range between 90 and 110, chances are that most of you fall here.  What does this mean?

Society tends to place such a high emphasis on IQ that many feel ashamed of an average IQ – which should not be!  First of all, IQ tests have been known to vary from between 10-15 points based on the test administered, time of day, whether or not the subject was hungry or uncomfortable, and the amount of test anxiety present. Those with average IQs have also been strong contributors to society and many have distinguished themselves in some way.

Standard IQ testing only measure one’s ability in an academic environment, and does not take into account other factors conducive to success, such as personality, motivation, and overall stamina.

An excellent book has just been written on another aspect of intelligence that is not covered by standard IQ testing – Daniel Golman’s Emotional Intelligence.  This book is an excellent dissertation on the role of overall maturity and social skills in an individual’s overall success and quality of life.

While there is no doubting the correlation between high intelligence and life long achievement, there is also no limit to what a highly motivated individual with average intelligence can achieve if he are she chooses to.

Also, in evaluating a person’s potential, IQ is only one part of the picture. A person’s potential for success in life is also determined by the sum of his or her experiences, attitude, motivation, personality, maturity, and other natural talents such as athletic ability.
