More and more companies pre-screen job searchers through on line personality tests.
While this may sound simple it may open up to cheating. People may take the test several times, use friends or look upp the “correct” answers on the internet.
Some examples of questions and answers.
I do not believe that personality tests should have any “right” or “wrong” answers. It is a matter of a mix of different personality traits each one on a scale.
So as Marianne Jennings points out: If companies hire employees based only on a simple internet personality test they do not deserve better.
