Do you feel stressed out?

Everyone feels a little bit of stress here and there, especially with the fast paced lives that we all live; but if you feel stressed out ALL of the time, that is certainly not normal.

Try taking this stress test to find out if your stress levels are normal in comparison with most people, or if they are off the charts. While this is no replacement for proper psychological medical attention, having a good idea of where your stress levels are at can be a good first step towards understanding your own psychological tendencies.

This test is really short (20 questions) and should only take you a few minutes, so don’t get stressed out about not having enough time!
