The 16PF is a different kind of spin on the standard Jung type personality test. Some would say that it is a much more specific and effective personality assessment tool. Companies such as Gap, American Express, Cisco, and many more, have used this test as a way of evaluating their employees. Now it is available to the general public.

The 16PF is based on the factor analysis principles generated by the legendary psychologist Raymond Cattell. Instead of being tested on four personality categories, you will be tested on sixteen of them, including anxiety, liveliness, dominance, sensitivity, and perfectionism.

This is not a free test, but the money that you invest in it will get you a professionally crafted personality report that will help you to understand yourself and your career potential better.
