The Who? What’s your personality?

Everyone is different.
Even in families, same genes have different personalities.
Lets take a look for example in an office environment is just like any other situation where many people must work together in order to achieve similar goals. There are going to be natural leaders among the group along with natural followers. Some will be extroverted and firm in their convictions while others may be more introverted and easily swayed to the majority opinion on an issue. . Other personality traits, however, can adversely affect the delicate interpersonal dynamics of the office environment.
In a daily basis in the office we deal with the “Chronic Complainer” they prefer to be the voice of doom for the office, lowering of morale and a reluctance to initiate constructive dialogue with ‘the enemy’, the supervisors and higher management.
Another is the “Office Gossip”. They live for the controversies and disagreements that may arise in such close quarters.
Then there’s Ms. and Mr. “Know-it-alls” may be a skilled repairman or a knowledgeable consultant, but an absolute disaster as a co-worker. This is a difficult challenge if you want to maintain a good working relationship with this obviously talented and useful co-worker.
Whatever your officemate’s personality its important for you to know yourself. It’s important to be resilient and just be easy to work well no matter what type of persons are around you. Just do what you do best.

One of the more recent developments is the Big Five personality model.
Here people are tested and ranked on five different personality dimensions:
- Closed-Minded — Open to New Experiences
- Disorganized — Conscientious
- Introverted — Extraverted
- Disagreeable — Agreeable
- Calm/Relaxed — Nervous/High-Strung

Sure, you’ve been known to be quite the flirt in your native language. But how well can you get your mac on in English?
You’d think that it takes the same set of skills right? Well, not exactly. English has an entirely unique grammatical structure, so even if you’re a top notch seducer in Italian or Japanese, you might not be able to translate these skills over to English.

New Test: Aptitude Test 2

It’s time to find out with this new aptitude test. You will be tested on skills in seven different categories which will measure your ability to understand and manipulate a wide variety of information.
The final report for this test offers advice regarding what your score might mean for your personal and professional life (although you will have to pay a small fee for this report).
All in all this is a pretty intense quiz. You only get a few seconds to answer each question.

New Test: Ink Blot Personality Test

You’ve heard of the Rorschach ink blot test before right?
It was invented in 1921 by Hermann Rorschach in order to use as a free-association tool in psychoanalysis.
Now you can take the Rorschach test online as a method of mental and personality analysis.
This particular test will require that you sign up for a membership to medical-library.org, but in return you will receive great insight into your personality and the state of your psychological profile. It might be worth taking a look.

New Test: Which Male Naruto Character Are You Compatible With?

Here’s another test hot off the press for all you Naruto fans out there. But this one is a LOVE test.
Perhaps you’re ashamed to admit it, but you have an immense crush one of the steamy guys from the Naruto anime series. Sure, he’s just a cartoon caracter. You know that; you’re not crazy. But still, there’s something about the way he walks and the way he talks that just, iduno, GET’S YOU.

New Test: The EuroNerd 98 Nerdity Test

This test is so long that you’ve got to be an absolute nerd to even be able to finish it. I’m happy to say that I myself gave up about a quarter of the way through.
This test will analyze you in every single way that you could possibly imagine, and then tell you, unequivocally, whether you are or are not a NERD. It will ask you about your habits, about every single facet of your waking (and non-waking) life.
If you DO actually find the time to answer all 732 questions, you will then be given a nerdity score on a scale of 0% to 100%. However, I really do have to say that even if you don’t score all that high on this test, the fact that you are willing to answer this many questions should qualify you for instant nerdom pro bono.
