Imagine the following scenario:
You’ve been invited to a party by a person who you only know tangentially, a coworker in another department, or perhaps a friend of a friend who you’ve only talked to once or twice. You really want to go to the party but feel a little awkward because you know that you won’t know anyone there. What do you do? Do you overcome your fear and get over to that party, or do you chicken out?
Once your there, are you the life of the party or do you stand by the wall like a dried out daisy?
Are you assertive?
