Psychologists and medical doctors agree: Keeping your stress levels down is an essential part of staying active and healthy.

Why then to people continue to live stress filled lives without taking proper measures to reduce the negative effects of stress related activities?

I can by no means answer this question. However, I can urge you to start limiting your involvement in stressful activities and to start living a healthier life.

If you aren’t sure if your stress levels are too high, see a doctor. Also, while this new test that I’ve just posted is no replacement for proper medical attention, you CAN use it to give yourself a preliminary stress assessment.
