Spanish is spoken by over 300 million people world wide as a native language, making it one of the most commonly spoken languages in the world!
It is becoming increasingly important to have some knowledge of this language if you live in Western Europe, the anglophone world, or in Brazil, since all of these areas are in close proximity to Spanish speaking countries.
AND, since I’m always watching out for you, I thought that I would give you a head start on your Spanish skills by posting this nifty little online Spanish test.

Our work place is the second if not the first place (aside form our homes) we spend much of our time for the day. We come to work, do our job, get paid and yes, deal with morons or irritating individuals with no special talents but to annoy everyone around. Psychic Ability Test

Super powers! Who wants one! During our childhood whether we admit it or not we dreamed of having super powers. Or we dream we’re mutants or wizards or psychic having the ability to predict the future. And there are times that we really believe that we have such powers! And we imagine what would the world be if we have powers and special abilities.

Emotional Abuse is a very serious problem and should not be taken lightly. If you are afraid that you are in an abusive relationship (even if the abuse isn’t physical) you need to see a qualified mental health professional or guidance counselor.
This new test is no replacement for taking the necessary steps to ensure that you are safe and abuse free. However, this test will help you to see the warning signs of emotional abuse in your partner. It is quite short and should only take a minute or two to complete.

Being Emotionally Intelligent

Emotional Intelligence is a person’s ability to understand his or her emotions and the emotions of others and to act appropriately based on this understanding. EQ or EI was first defined by Peter Salovey and John Mayer and become very popular in 1995 after “Emotional Intelligence” by Dan Goleman was published and became a best seller.
Emotions is very important in order for us to have harmony with people around us and its also essential for making good decision.
Every person has different personality, thus show different emotions. Some people have the ability to control their emotions even if they’re in situations like arguments, aggression and pressure. On the other hand we also like people who can express compassion, forgiveness and empathy. We need these emotions to be happy in our daily lives.

Mensa – Do you qualify?

We always wanted to belong to an organization that will make us so proud as a member. We choose carefully what to join. Now here’s an organization that will make you the proudest if you qualify as a member.
Mensa International is the largest and best known high -IQ society in the world. Its open to people who score at the 98th percentile or higher on a standardized, supervised intelligence test.
Mensa’s constitution lists three purposes: to identify and foster human intelligence for the benefit of humanity; to encourage research into the nature, characteristics, and uses of intelligence; and to provide a stimulating intellectual and social environment for its members.
If you want to be part of the organization you should take a certain standardized IQ tests such as Stanford-Binet and score 98 percent or above.
To prepare you can have Mensa workout to practice and to get ready to quality. And that’s the fun part of it. Practicing.

Verbal Reasoning, how skilled are you?

It is very important for us to explain ourselves sometimes, if not most of the time.
In reasoning we should develop skills that will enable us to use concepts framed in words, for understanding and reasoning. To explain and make things clearer and not more confusing.
Verbal reasoning tests of intelligence provide an assessment of an individual’s ability to think, reason and solve problems in different ways. It aims to evaluate our capacity of constructive thinking rather than just being fluent or a vocabulary expert.
Usually if we take entrance examinations in schools, colleges and universities a part of the test is verbal reasoning and applicants are being selected based partially on that test.
Verbal reasoning tests are also used by employers as a part of the recruitment process.
It’s very important for us to know how skilled we are and what to do to improve our skills.

Simpsons has been a part of a-lot-of-us’ lives,
If not we’ve at least seen a couple of episodes about this dysfunctional family on TV.
