Certainly there are several methods of psychological evaluation. One of the most used method is the ink blot test also known as the Rorschach Ink Blot Personality Test. This method is being used by psychologists to examine the personality characteristics and emotional functioning of their patients. And in forensic assessment, ink blot testing is the the second most used examination.
Used to diagnose underlying thought disorder and differentiating psychotic from non psychotic thinking in cases where the patient is reluctant to admit openly to psychotic thinking.
The method of ink blot testing is there are ten official ink blots. Five ink blots are black ink on white paper. Two are black and red ink on white paper. Three are multicolored.
The test subject is asked to note where he sees what he originally saw and what makes it look like that. The blot can also be rotated. As the subject is examining the ink blots, the psychologist writes down everything the subject says or does, no matter how trivial.
You can try and take ink blot test online, its reliable because its developed by PhDs and its private.

New Test: GRE Sentence Completion Practice Questions
Filed Under GRE (Graduate Record Examination) test | Leave a Comment
The GRE is basically the SATs on some sort of highly illegal stimulant. In other words, imagine all of the stress and pain that you went through while studying for the SATs and multiply that by about 10 to 13 times. Got it? Yeah, that’s just about what you’re going to feel while you study for that GRE, AKA the Graduate Record Examination.
The GRE is a long and tedious test that every college graduate who intends to go on to receive a higher degree (besides law and business students; they have their own separate tests) must take after they graduate.
The GRE is a tough test, especially the verbal section. However, it is not impossible to get a great score if you are prepared. This new test that I’ve just posted is a great way to get acquainted with the kind of questions you can expect to find on the GRE verbal test.
Good Luck with the GRE Sentence Competion Practice!

Imagine the following scenario:
You’ve been invited to a party by a person who you only know tangentially, a coworker in another department, or perhaps a friend of a friend who you’ve only talked to once or twice. You really want to go to the party but feel a little awkward because you know that you won’t know anyone there. What do you do? Do you overcome your fear and get over to that party, or do you chicken out?
Once your there, are you the life of the party or do you stand by the wall like a dried out daisy?
Are you assertive?

IQ Tests Results
Filed Under IQ test | Leave a Comment
It’s a must that we should know our IQ and once we knew it it is important to be informed what affects our IQ test result. There are several factors that influence the result.
Is intelligence inherited? The role of genes can play a great role. Heritability is a measure of the relative contribution of genes to the variation of a phenotype on a given group in a specific environment.
Health and intelligence are two closely-related aspects of human well-being. The impact of health on intelligence is one of the most important factors in understanding human group differences in IQ test scores and other measures of cognitive ability. Several factors can lead to significant cognitive impairment, particularly if they occur during pregnancy and childhood when the brain is growing and the blood-brain barrier is less effective. Such impairment may sometimes be permanent, sometimes be partially or wholly compensated for by later growth.
Almost all studies on heritability have been in the developed world, mostly in the United States. In developing nations there are many environmental factors affecting IQ which are much less important in developed nations. Examples include nutrition, diseases, environmental toxins, and health care. This likely affects heritability.
