A person with a type A personality generally experiences a greater desire to succeed and will evaluate his or her own self worth according to this success.

A person with a type A personality also tends to be more emotional. He or she will be more willing to express anger or sadness.

On the other hand, someone with a type B personality will be more laid back and relaxed in general. On average, people with type A are more prone to stress related illness.

This test that I’ve just posted will help to determine if you are type A or type B.
