Healthy. We should be.

We’re all concerned of our health. We want to live long and we want to be fit and healthy.
But there are days, that no matter how we try to eat healthy or exercise etc, we still get sick. But how? If we’re living a healthy lifestyle?
The culprit? STRESS. Stress is one of the the main problems or reasons why a person gets sick sometimes.
Stress will hinder our body organs to function well and thus will send a message to our brain that something’s not wrong. And then our brain will then react to those messages and make us sick to send a message that’s something’s wrong with our system.
Stress may be hard to deal with but its not as hard as we think it is. A long shower or eating a bar of chocolate can help up cope with stress. And by dealing properly with stress, more so avoiding stress will make us more healthy.
Know how healthy you are by taking health tests. And be aware. Be informed.
