Domestic Violence is a real but saddening facet of contemporary human life. But if you are experiencing physical abuse, you don’t have to simply take it. You should instead ask for help.
If you are unsure, ask a doctor or counselor to diagnose you for signs of abuse.
This is the best way to help yourself. But as a start, you can take this online quiz to get a preliminary assessment. But remember, this is no replacement for seeing a qualified professional.
