16 Personality Factor is completely different from the theory of Jung personality tests. 16PF was developed by Dr. Raymond Cattell.
Instead of four, there are 16 scales that measure anxiety, liveliness, dominance, sensitivity, perfectionism, openness to change, group orientation and more.

Did you get the message?

Communication, the very first thing we learn the second we were born in this world.
Babies cry or laugh if they want to convey a message. Or if they want to communicate.
Until they learn few words and start making gestures if they want to tell adults something.
Until they can fully construct and say a sentence. And they’re understood more clearly.
But haven’t we witness how frustrated a child could be if he wants something but we adults can’t get what message they’re trying to say and gave them something completely different from what they want?
And as adults, we also get frustrated if we say something and the other end don’t get the message and interpreted it the other way.
And just didn’t get the message you’re trying come across.
Communication is a two way process. Both should be on the same page so not to confuse the other.

Colors represents different things. Different emotions. If we’re sad we associate that feeling with black. If we’re in love we think of red.

We come to work, do our job, get paid and yes, deal with morons or irritating individuals with no special talents but to annoy everyone around.
