16 Personality Factor is completely different from the theory of Jung personality tests. 16PF was developed by Dr. Raymond Cattell.

Instead of four, there are 16 scales that measure anxiety, liveliness, dominance, sensitivity, perfectionism, openness to change, group orientation and more.

Try taking the 16PF test and know your personality factor. And you can also compare if to the four personality types based on Jungs theories.

EQ or EI was first defined by Peter Salovey and John Mayer and become very popular in 1995 after “Emotional Intelligence” by Dan Goleman was published and became a best seller.
