Hey there college bound high school seniors! No, I’m not going to let you off the hook so easy. If you want to get into that great school, you just HAVE to get studying for those SATs! This is not a recommendation, it’s a necessity!
“But how can I study for the S A T ’s, Mr. Blog?” you ask. “I thought that those are just sorta like an IQ test, ya know. Yer just smart, or not? Right?”
Wrong!
The SATs are no IQ test. They test academic ability, something that is LEARNED.
Hence, you can improve your score by studying. Here, take a look at this practice test that I’ve just posted!

New Test : SAT Reasoning Test

Attention college bound seniors!!!
If you haven’t yet done so, you desperately need to take the SAT!
If you are planning on applying to a four year college or university in the United States, the SAT are almost always required.
The SAT is not an IQ test. If you practice for it, you can greatly improve you score. This being the case, why not try to do as well as possible.
This test that I’ve just posted with help you with the “Reasoning” portion of the test which examines your general ability to use logic to solve generic problems.

New Test: Sentence Completion

Here’s a little taste of what’s to come on this test:
Johnny and Jilly decided to _________ to the store for some lollipops.
a. goes
b. went
c. going
d. go
Choose the answer which completes the sentence in the most logical and grammatically correct way possible.
You’ll find these kinds of questions on the SAT, and believe me, they’ll be quite a bit tougher than this one. If you need more help with this type of question, check out the test that I’ve just posted. It should make things a little easier on you!

New Test: Basic Operations

The GED can be tough if you’ve missed out on a lot of your high school education. A lot of people especially find the math section difficult.
If you are finding yourself in this position, you might want to try out a few practice tests to see if you are ready or not.
You can start with this Basic Operations test which will examine your knowledge of Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division.

New Test: Data Analysis

Data Analysis is one of the less lauded and less adored question types which are likely to be found on the SAT.
While not quite as popular in school as Antonym Matching and Algebra, Data Analysis was always fun to be around and knew how to have a jolly good time. Plus Data Analysis was a great dancer!
But in all seriousness folks, Data Analysis is no joke. You need to know this one inside and out if you plan to do well on the SAT.
But don’t take my word for it. Take this test to become familiar with this tricky question type.

New Test: Fractions and Square Roots

Many people choose to take a GED test in order to get the equivalent of a high school diploma rather than actually graduate from high school.
This is a good opportunity for people who have had to drop out of high school for one reason or another or for people who want to finish high school early.
But, if you want to get your GED, you’re going to need to know your fractions and square roots. Oh yes, that’s right. You’ve really got to know them.

Having a large vocabulary is not only necessary for doing well on the GRE general examination, it will also improve your reading comprehension and your general quality of life.
Ok, ok. Maybe this last bit is somewhat of an exaggeration. But it IS true that increasing your total vocabulary will help you out on the GRE.
So what are you waiting for? You need to start memorizing vocabulary words and reading Shakespeare 24-7 if you want to do well on this test!

Right? I know, the SATs make me feel crazy too. I think we can all identify with this kind of anxiety at being forced to take a long and tedious standardized test.
You start sleeping less, waking up with cold sweats, constantly worrying about mathematical identities and grammatical rules. You start to question whether or not you were even meant to go to college…
STOP RIGHT THERE! The SATs are not as bad as you think. You just need to study for them a little bit and you’ll be fine.

You’ve got to know where to place them or your writing will never look entirely professional.
Just as Holden Caulfield’s roommate says, make sure you place the commas in all the right places.
Believe it or not, this detail could make or break your ability to pass the GED. Seeing that this is the case, you might want to take this online practice test in order to find out how much work you have left to do.
