New Test: GRE Sentence Completion Practice Questions
Filed Under GRE (Graduate Record Examination) test | Leave a Comment
The GRE is basically the SATs on some sort of highly illegal stimulant. In other words, imagine all of the stress and pain that you went through while studying for the SATs and multiply that by about 10 to 13 times. Got it? Yeah, that’s just about what you’re going to feel while you study for that GRE, AKA the Graduate Record Examination.
The GRE is a long and tedious test that every college graduate who intends to go on to receive a higher degree (besides law and business students; they have their own separate tests) must take after they graduate.
The GRE is a tough test, especially the verbal section. However, it is not impossible to get a great score if you are prepared. This new test that I’ve just posted is a great way to get acquainted with the kind of questions you can expect to find on the GRE verbal test.
Good Luck with the GRE Sentence Competion Practice!

New Test: GRE: Antonyms Questions

Planning to take the GRE test anytime soon? (You know, that long tedious test that is also called the “Graduate Record Examinations”?)
If so, you’re going to need to brush up on your antonym (aka “opposite”) recognition skills. Once you sit down in your seat to take the GRE test, and you get to the language portion of the test, several of the questions will give you a word and ask for its opposite. This may sound easy, but it can be REALLY tricky.
Try checking out this set of sample GRE: Antonyms Questions for some practice. This will give you an idea of what kinds of questions to expect on the real test (and give you an idea of just how prepared you really are!). This is a short test and should only take a few minutes to complete. Check it out!

So, you’ve just graduated from College, you’ve got your diploma, and you’ll never have to take another test in your life! Right?
Wrong. In today’s competitive job market, many people choose to go on to graduate school and earn a second degree. And in that case, you’re going to have to take the “GRE” test. That’s short for Graduate Record Examination. Remember the SAT test that you took after you graduated from high school? The GRE is basically the same thing, only much more difficult.
So what can you do about it? For starters, try checking out some of the tests in the new category that I just posted entitled “GRE Tests.” These are practice tests that simulate the experience of taking the real GRE. The more of these practice tests that you take, the more you will be able to evaluate your own readiness. This is by no means a comprehensive resource, but you’ve gotta start somewhere right?
