Where do you fit on the political map?

This test will let you find out, literally.

They’ve drawn up a visible representation of this thing called the “political map” and you can pinpoint your position by answering a series of politically charged questions.

You’ll find out how close your political persuasion is to people like George Bush, Ayn Rand, and Jesse Jackson.

This could be a good thing for you!

Politopia Quiz

Do you enjoy learning about the political leaders of far away nations?

You should! It’s important to keep abreast of political developments within the world outside of your home country so that you do not live an insular and ignorant existence.

Can you tell me who the chancellor of Germany is right now? Ha! I didn’t think so! You’d better take this test and brush up on your knowledge of contemporary politics.

Identify the World Leader 2004

Do you know where you stand politically?

Do you have a political ideology?

If the answers to these questions are no and no, then you might benefit from taking this very quick political test.

This test will ask you a series of values based and policy based questions in order to find out what your political persuasion is.

Answer each of these questions as honestly as possible, and at the end of the test you will find out whether you are a liberal, conservative, communitarian, etc.

Give it a try.

Take this test and you’ll probably be surprised at how little you in fact know about global politics.

The world keeps on turning and revolutions seem to take place every year, one regime being replaced by the next and the people staring on in wonderment at the juggernaut that we call “History.”

Who, for example, can remember the name of the first post-war German prime minister? Have we forgotten already? Do we live in a perpetual present?

Take this quiz. Find out about politics.

One thing that is gravely missing in our society is a strong sense of social history. Why is it that many people don’t know who the president of the United States was in 1976? These are things that we should know!

Well, this test will at least keep you on your toes. You’ll have to match each world leader with events that happened while they were in power. Think you’re up to the job? I sure hope you are.

If you don’t do well. Don’t feel bad, just try to pay more attention the next time you watch the history channel.

Who Was Leader Then?

Politicians say the darn’dest things don’t they?

I hope you’re a fan of faux pas political quotes, because you’re about to read a whole heap of them.

The game is to guess the originator of each quote and them match them up.

Sure, it sounds easy, but a few of these are pretty obscure, so you might want to get your thinking cap on. Okay, I guess that that’s enough rambling from me. Let get on to the politics!

Political Quotes

Women in politics. There hasn’t really been many of them. But those few women who have been about to rise to the top and lead as presidents and prime ministers have been truly remarkable.

In this quiz you can test your knowledge about these amazing women and their lives.

And you just might learn something too!

Go on. Don’t be scared. Give this quiz a try.

Family dynasties have always had a rather large part to play in the formation of history, whether in the monarchies of the past or the democracies and socialist states of the present.

What famous families tended to give birth to powerful politicians time and time again?

I bet you’ll be surprised at how little you know on the subject. Or maybe not.

Go ahead and give this quiz a try, if you dare.

I know that this is a little early to start thinking about the 2012 presidential elections (actually it is VERY early). But still, SelectSmart has come up with this quiz to help you decide which potential 2012 candidate you are most likely to be in support of.

You’ll answer a group of questions and then the test will match you with a candidate based on your answers.

Possible answers are Barack Obama, John McCain, Hillary Clinton, etc.

My only gripe with this test is that while it includes hardcore right-wingers like Rush Limbaugh and Ron Paul (who admittedly represent two very different meanings of the term “Right Wing”), there is no mention of anyone to the left of Barack Obama such as Ralph Nader, Cynthia McKinney, or Dennis Kucinich.

Check it out Here.

Sadly enough, most people have very little knowledge of politics on a global scale.

For example, can you name the president of Egypt in the year 2000? I didn’t think so.

So, obviously, you need to brush up a bit on your knowledge of global politics, especially that having to do with world leaders such as presidents and prime ministers.

No one is going to force you to learn these things. You’ll have to take the initiative for yourself.

Get to it!
